Secufluencer Terms

Welcome to Secufluencer, an independent SaaS platform that helps security engineers and security professionals plan, write, organize, and manage content for building a stronger personal brand online.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Secufluencer, including the website, product, waitlist, paid plans, content planning tools, AI-assisted drafting features, scheduling workflow, and related services. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Secufluencer.

Secufluencer is an independent product and is not currently operated by, affiliated with, or represented as a specific incorporated company. References to “Secufluencer,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the independent operators of the Secufluencer service. If the ownership or operating structure changes in the future, these Terms may be updated to reflect that change.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Secufluencer. If you use Secufluencer on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, keeping account information accurate, and all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly at support@secufluencer.com.

Secufluencer provides tools for security professionals to turn notes, research, incidents, lessons learned, tools, and rough ideas into content strategies, post ideas, LinkedIn-ready drafts, content calendars, and publishing workflows.

Secufluencer currently focuses on LinkedIn content planning and drafting. Support for X and Threads is marked as coming soon and may be added, changed, delayed, or removed as the product evolves. Specific features, usage limits, and platform support may depend on the plan you choose.

Secufluencer may offer paid subscriptions such as Starter, Pro, and BYOK plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Secufluencer and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method on the billing cycle shown at checkout.

Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Fees may be exclusive of taxes, duties, currency conversion costs, bank fees, or similar charges, which are your responsibility where applicable.

We may change pricing for future billing periods by giving reasonable notice through email, in-product notice, or the website. Continued use of a paid plan after the change takes effect means you accept the updated pricing.

Early access plans may include a 7-day free trial. Unless stated otherwise at signup, a paid subscription may begin automatically after the trial ends if you provided a payment method and did not cancel before the trial expired.

Free trials, waitlist access, preview features, and beta features are provided as-is, may be subject to additional limits, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

You may cancel your subscription from your account settings when account management is available, or by contacting support@secufluencer.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written refund policy.

If you cancel during a free trial before the trial ends, you will not be charged for that trial period.

If you use a BYOK plan, you are responsible for your own AI provider account, API key, provider fees, usage limits, provider terms, and key security. Secufluencer may use your key only to provide the AI-assisted features you request. You should not share API keys publicly or submit keys you are not authorized to use.

“Your Content” means any notes, prompts, topics, drafts, post ideas, schedules, profile information, uploaded materials, links, metadata, configurations, and other content you submit to, generate within, or manage through Secufluencer.

As between you and Secufluencer, you retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Secufluencer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, adapt, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate, provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use Your Content with Secufluencer, and that Your Content and any published posts comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and the rules of any platform where you publish.

Secufluencer helps you draft and organize content, but you are responsible for the final message. You must review all generated drafts, recommendations, hooks, calendars, and AI-assisted outputs before publishing. Security content can affect trust, reputation, and legal or professional obligations, so you are responsible for accuracy, confidentiality, tone, compliance, and technical correctness.

You agree not to use Secufluencer to create, store, publish, or support content or activity that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• contains confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information you are not authorized to share;
• creates spam, fake engagement, impersonation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or other activity that violates platform rules;
• contains malware, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or interferes with Secufluencer, connected services, or infrastructure;
• circumvents rate limits, access controls, technical restrictions, billing systems, or usage limits;
• resells, sublicenses, white-labels, or commercially exploits Secufluencer except under a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, remove offending content, or restrict access where needed to protect the service, users, third-party platforms, or the public.

Secufluencer may help you prepare content for third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, and may later support X, Threads, or other platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, policies, rate limits, moderation decisions, and privacy practices.

Secufluencer is not responsible for third-party platform availability, account restrictions, content moderation decisions, API changes, publishing failures, analytics accuracy, changes to platform rules, or removal of platform features. If a third-party platform changes its API, policies, or access requirements, we may modify or discontinue the affected integration without liability.

Secufluencer may use AI-assisted features to generate post ideas, outlines, drafts, hooks, summaries, content calendars, or related outputs. AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use or publication, including verifying technical claims, removing sensitive information, confirming legal compliance, and ensuring the output reflects your own voice and professional standards.

The Secufluencer website, product, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, workflows, and other materials, excluding Your Content, are owned by Secufluencer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Secufluencer for its intended purpose.

If you send feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant Secufluencer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation. This helps us improve the product while keeping the feedback process simple.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Secufluencer, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy to provide, secure, and improve the service.

If you join the waitlist, subscribe to updates, or opt in to marketing communications, you may receive product, promotional, or educational emails from Secufluencer. You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where available. Transactional, billing, security, and service-related messages may still be sent while your account is active.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and product improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

You may stop using Secufluencer or request account termination at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, violate third-party platform rules, or where required by law.

After termination, your right to access Secufluencer ends. We may delete or retain account data and Your Content according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, dispute needs, and legitimate operational requirements. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secufluencer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that drafts will improve your reach, that your personal brand will grow, that scheduled workflows will always work without interruption, that third-party platforms will accept content, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secufluencer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, reputation, or platform account access. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to Secufluencer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secufluencer and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party platform rules, or disputes related to content you publish or attempt to publish using Secufluencer.

We may update these Terms from time to time as Secufluencer evolves. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice by email, in-product notice, or the website. The updated Terms are effective on the date shown at the top of the page. Continued use of Secufluencer after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or Secufluencer should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@secufluencer.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution forum in Indonesia, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at signup or checkout, form the entire agreement between you and Secufluencer regarding the service. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, but we may assign them as part of a product transfer, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or similar transaction.
